Zander Kotze, Founder
Zander grew up in a home where his parents ran several businesses, so he saw early what an owner's life is really like. Wanting to understand why some businesses grow while others stall, he studied economics, econometrics and financial engineering at the University of Johannesburg, and holds a master's in financial engineering. He is now working on a PhD.
Before Konzult, he spent four years inside financial product houses, building the models behind adviser reporting and analysis. He started Konzult to bring that capability to owner-led businesses that could never justify hiring it full-time.
