• From the contact form: your name, email, cell number, business name, your message, and whether you agree to marketing messages.
• From the free check: the same details, plus your answers about your business, such as its turnover band and the systems it uses.
• The page you came from and any campaign tag in the link, so we know which of our marketing works.
• The emails and WhatsApp messages we exchange with you, and our notes about you, such as from our meetings.

Giving us your details is voluntary. Without a name, email and cell number we can't reply to you or show your free-check result.

To reply to your enquiry, show and explain your free-check result, and follow up on it personally. We don't sell your information or use it for anything else.

We only send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages if you tick the box that says we may. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the opt-out in any message or by telling us.

Three service providers store and run our systems for us, under agreements that require them to keep it secure: Vercel (this website), Supabase (our client database) and Anthropic, whose AI (Claude) helps us summarise our emails and messages with you, sort our notes about you into topics, and look up public information about your business. Anthropic may not use your information to train its AI. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

Our client database and the code that receives your details run in Ireland, in the European Union. EU data protection law (GDPR) gives your information adequate protection there. When we use Anthropic's AI, the text it works on is processed in the United States, under Anthropic's data processing agreement, which binds it to protect your information.

For as long as we're in contact. If you don't become a client, we delete or anonymise your details within 24 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Contact our Information Officer above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator: inforegulator.org.za.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
